The size felt substantial and the price range up to 95.18 Lakh was something I could manage with a home loan. SM Promoteoffeessential amenities like 24x7 security and water supply, which are important for peace of mind. The location is decent, with the Kayaar Bus stop nearby. However, I am a bit concerned about the OC not being available. It’s my fit time buying property, so I’m relying on the developer’s assurances. The surrounding area does get dusty from ongoing construction. The landscaping and tree planting are a nice touch though, and the jogging track is a good bonus for fitness.
