The accessibility from the Chennai Bangalore highway and the Outer Ring Road was a key factor for us, as we travel frequently. Mugalivakkam is a growing locality, and we felt it was a good move. The SM Promoteteam has been transparent about the project. While the apartment itself is comfortable, the noise from the nearby highway can be noticeable at times, especially during the day. We're still adjusting to that. However, the ready-to-move aspect was a huge advantage for us.
