I liked that it's a gated community with basic amenities like street lighting and water supply. The location in Chennai South, near Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road, is still developing, so it was within my budget. SM Promotehas focused on internal roads and footpaths which is good. The only issue I found was that the OC status wasn't readily available, which is a bit concerning for a fit-time buyer like me. However, the readiness to move in was a big draw.
