    We chose SM Avdhoot Park for our fit home together. We got a 2 BHK that is 936 square feet. The price point was attractive, around 38 Lakh for this size. Being ready to move was a huge advantage for us. The proximity to Maratha High School is great, although we don't have kids yet, it’s good for future planning. The area itself is quite busy, and sometimes the traffic getting to our office in the IT park can be a bit much, especially during peak houWe are still exploring the amenities, but the rainwater harvesting is a nice touch. The SM Group delivered this project quite a while ago, back in 2012, so it’s not brand new, but it feels solid.

I can walk to the bus stop too. The building looks decent, and it was completed back in 2012. I haven't seen any information about OC though, which is a bit concerning. The main amenity mentioned is rainwater harvesting, which is a good environmental feature. I haven't faced any major issues so far, and the size of the rooms is comfortable for my retirement.
