I bought a 2 BHK flat in SLV Sri Vari Enclave about six months ago. The flat size is around 1150 square feet which feels quite spacious for my needs. It's a ready to move in property, completed in 2014 by SLV Infrastructures. The location near Horamavu Agara in North Bangalore is convenient, close to Hennur Road. I was looking for something peaceful after my working days, and the landscaping and tree planting here contribute to that. The gymnasium is also a good facility to have within the premises. My only minor issue is the water pressure can sometimes be a bit low during peak hou, but it’s manageable. Overall, it offegood value.

We moved into our 3 BHK at SLV Sri Vari Enclave last year. It's a great location for us because New Baldwin International School is practically nearby, and Ovum Hospitals is also right next door in Kalyan Nagar. That convenience was a major factor for us. The 3 BHK flat is 1450 square feet, which gives enough room for the kids to play inside. We use the children's play area downstaiquite a lot. The community hall is nice for small gatherings. The price was within our budget, around 40 Lakhs. The only drawback is the traffic on Hennur Road can get quite heavy during school drop-off and pick-up times, but we manage. SLV Infrastructures seems to have maintained the property well.

The price was around 38 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the area and amenities offered, including a swimming pool and gym. My only concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas can sometimes be an issue, but it’s mostly during the day. The multipurpose room is also a nice addition for community events.
