I recently moved into SLV Sai Raksha Comforts. I purchased a 2 BHK apartment here, which has a super builtup area ranging from 880 Sq.ft to 1115 Sq.ft. My unit is on the larger side. The price was around 35.2 Lakhs to 36.8 Lakhs, which felt competitive for the area in South Bangalore. Being ready to move was a big advantage. The location is convenient, especially being so close to Sri Chaitanya School, literally a minute's walk. That saves a lot of time in the mornings. The project itself was completed in 2010, so it's not brand new, but it seems well-maintained so far. My only minor complaint is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which can be a bit irritating at times. Otherwise, the amenities like the children's play area are good.
