Relocating to Bengaluru for work at Fortis Hospital, which is about 6.3 kilometeaway, I needed a place that offered good connectivity and comfort. SLV Parkview seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK flats are spacious, ranging from 1225 to 1395 square feet, providing ample room for my family. I appreciated that the project is ready to move in, saving us time. The presence of a gymnasium and swimming pool is a definite plus for staying active. While the price range of 36.67 Lakh to 53.01 Lakh was within our budget, the OC status not being available is a minor concern I am looking into. The proximity to NPS School is also beneficial for my children.

The built-up areas are decent, with 2 BHKs between 965 and 1165 square feet and 3 BHKs from 1225 to 1395 square feet. The location in Jnana Ganga Nagar, Bangalore West, is reasonably well-connected, especially to Nagarbhavi. The project is ready to move, having been completed in June 2018. Amenities like a gymnasium and children's play area are present. My main concern is the lack of an OC, which raises some questions about the building's compliance. Parking also seems a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, which is something to consider.

We chose SLV Parkview because of its proximity to NPS School, which is just 1.62 kilometeaway, and KLE College. Our 3 BHK apartment is quite large, around 1350 square feet, giving our children plenty of space to play indooThe Children's Play Area is a big hit with them. Having amenities like a swimming pool and a gymnasium within the complex is very convenient for the whole family. The apartment is Vastu compliant, which was a requirement for us. The price was on the higher side, around 50 Lakh for our unit, but the location and facilities justified it. We are still waiting for the Occupancy Certificate, which is a bit concerning, but overall, we are settling in well.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat in SLV Parkview by SLV DevelopePvt Ltd as an investment. The location in Jnana Ganga Nagar, Bangalore West, is developing, and it’s close to Bangalore Univeity, which could mean rental demand. The price point, starting around 36.67 Lakh, seemed reasonable for the built-up area, especially for the 965 to 1165 square feet range for 2 BHKs. The project was completed in June 2018 and is ready to move, which is good for immediate rental possibilities. However, the connectivity to the metro, which is about 7 kilometeaway at Nayandahalli, could be better. I am hoping the area develops further to increase property value.

I moved into SLV Parkview a few months ago and am quite pleased with the community. The project is spread over a sprawling 10-acre land which gives a good sense of space. I specifically like the Senior Citizen Corner, it’s a thoughtful addition. The Vastu compliant design was also important for me. My 2 BHK flat is 1165 square feet, which is comfortable enough for my needs. The construction quality seems solid, and the common areas are well-maintained. The location near Bangalore Univeity is convenient for basic errands. Overall, it’s a peaceful place to live post-retirement. The only slight drawback is the traffic getting out of the area during peak hou, but that’s common in Bengaluru.
