We just moved into SLV Park View and are still settling in. The location in Chandra Layout is quite convenient, especially since Fortis Hospital is only a 4-minute drive away, which was a major factor for us. The 1500 square feet 3 BHK is spacious enough for our family, and we liked the Vastu compliant design. Getting here from the airport was easy. The power backup is a good feature for the rainy season. The only slight issue is the traffic around Nayandahalli during peak hou, it can get quite congested. We are still exploring the immediate neighbourhood for daily shopping but the metro station is close by.

It's ready to move in, and the completion date was August 2020. The security cabin and 24x7 water supply are essential for me. Being close to Nayandanahalli Metro Station, just nearby, makes my commute incredibly easy. The price of 82.5 Lakh onwards was within my budget. The Vastu compliant aspect was a nice bonus. The only thing I would mention is that the parking area can feel a bit cramped, especially during busy times. But overall, it's a good place for a single professional like myself.

The inclusion of a Sewage Treatment Plant and Rain Water Harvesting is a positive for sustainability. Rental demand in this part of Bengaluru is steady. My only gripe is that the surrounding roads can be dusty during construction periods, but that is typical for developing areas. The price point seemed fair for the area and size.
