I was looking for a ready-to-move-in property and found SLV Ganga Nivas. I opted for a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of 1163 square feet. The size is quite decent for a small family or even as a second home. The location in Jinkethimmanahalli is developing, and it’s good that a hospital like Sathya Sai Orthopaedic & Multispeciality Hospital is right at nearby. The amenities like lifts and fire sprinkleare essential. However, I did notice some dust from the ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a concern for long-term health. The car parking is adequate, but can feel a bit tight.

We finally moved into our new 3 BHK at SLV Ganga Nivas last month. The built-up area is around 1300 square feet, which gives us plenty of space for our family. Having the gymnasium and children's play area within the gated community is very convenient, especially for the kids. The entrance lobby also looks quite grand. My only minor issue is the traffic on Thambu Chetty Palya Main Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Overall, SLV builde& Developeseem to have put in good effort here. The 24x7 water supply is a huge relief. We are settling in well.
