I purchased a 3 BHK unit here at SLS Splendor as an investment. The area in Bellandur is strategically located, close to many IT hubs. The built-up area for the 3 BHKs ranges from 1145 sq.ft to 1570 sq.ft, offering good value. The price point, between 44.46 Lakh to 76.54 Lakh, seemed reasonable for the potential appreciation. It was completed in June 2009, so it's a well-established property. The developer, SLS Properties, has a decent track record. My main concern is the lack of OC received, which might pose issues for future resale or loans, though it's not a problem for my current investment strategy.

We finally upgraded from our rental home to a 3 BHK in SLS Splendor. The apartment is 1570 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space for our growing family. Living near Bangalore East, Bellandur is convenient, and the proximity to New Horizon Gurukul (6.58 km) was a major deciding factor for us. The project has a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which we plan to use often. It's a ready-to-move property, so we could settle in immediately. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 75 Lakh, but the quality and space justified it. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice green touch.

The developer, SLS Properties, is known for its projects. However, I am slightly concerned about the fact that the project received completion in June 2009 and does not have an OC mentioned. This could potentially impact future saleability or loan eligibility for future buye, though it's a minor point for my current rental strategy.

Our family bought a 2 BHK at SLS Splendor, specifically a 912 sq.ft unit. The location near Sarjapur Outer Ring Road is good for my commute. We were looking for a ready-to-move place and this fit the bill perfectly. The apartment is Vastu compliant, which was important to my wife. It has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system for safety. The price was around 50 Lakh. The only drawback we have noticed is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit botheome sometimes, especially during windy days. However, the internal amenities like the closed car parking are convenient.

We moved into SLS Splendor about two months ago. My husband works near Marathahalli, and the Outer Ring Road access is pretty convenient. We got a 2 BHK apartment which is 912 sq.ft, feels spacious enough for us. The swimming pool is nice for unwinding after a long week. It's a ready-to-move project, which was a huge plus since we didn't want to wait. The only slight issue is traffic during peak houon Sarjapur Road can be bad, but that's expected in Bengaluru. Overall, the amenities like the gymnasium are well-maintained. We are happy with the purchase.

Relocating to Bengaluru for work, I needed a place close to Cloudnine Hospital in Bellandur, which is only nearby. SLS Splendor offered a ready-to-move 2 BHK apartment of 1252 sq.ft. The layout is practical and the Vastu compliant design was a nice feature. The price was within my budget, around 60 Lakh. I liked the idea of a squash court and a multipurpose room for recreation. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. Parking is covered, which is good. The only thing is the distance to the metro station, Kundalahalli Metro Station, is nearby, so commuting via metro might be a bit of a trek.
