    We were looking for a spacious apartment in Ahmedabad and found Skyrose. The 1953 Sq.ft size for the 3 BHK is quite good, giving us plenty of room. We really liked the idea of having two balconies for better light and ventilation. The location in Shilaj, South West, is developing nicely and it's only close to Panaji City Center. The project looks modern and the amenities list is impressive, especially the swimming pool and gymnasium. We are also happy that each unit gets allotted car parking. The price point of 80.07 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for what's being offered. We are excited for the March 2026 completion date.

The Children's Play Area and the park within the compound are big pluses for them. The community also has a jogging track and a garden which is nice for family walks.
