This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Skypark by Divine Group. I got a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of 840 square feet. It felt spacious enough during the site visit. The price was around 89 Lakhs, which was at the higher end of my budget, but I decided to go for it. The construction is ongoing, with completion expected in December 2027. I really liked the idea of having an EV charging point and a dedicated Senior Area on the rooftop. The location in South Bopal is developing well, and it's close to the SP ring road west. My only concern is the traffic on VIP Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. I hope Divine Group manages the construction quality well.

The project offea lot of amenities like a Gymnasium, EV Charging Point, and a 24x7 CCTV Surveillance system for security. The completion date is December 2027. The biggest drawback I observed is the distance to the Thaltej Metro Station, which is over nearby, making public transport less convenient for certain trips. Still, the overall package from Divine Group seems good for a new home.
