The location in Elamkulam is convenient for them, being close to Medical Trust Hospital and Kendriya Vidyalaya Ernakulam. Skyline BuildeKochi have delivered a project that offegood amenities like a club house and swimming pool. Although the project was completed in 2008, it has been well-maintained. The price range for the larger apartments goes up to 2.96 Cr, which was a bit high but justifiable for the size and location. Ensuring 24x7 security was a priority for me, and this project provides that.
