The 1433 sq.ft. 4 BHK flat has ample space for my home office setup and guests. The building has a gym and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives me peace of mind when I'm away. Getting to Netaji Subash Chandra Bose Road is also quite convenient for my commute. The only downside is that the maintenance charges seem a bit high, but considering the amenities, it might be worth it.
