We bought a 2 BHK builder floor at Skyline Pearl, it's about 1070 square feet. The price was 39.9 Lakhs, which was the most attractive point for us. We liked that it’s a builder floor concept, giving a bit more independence. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in November 2026. We are slightly concerned about the traffic noise from the main road, as Sector 1 Noida Extension can get busy. However, the close proximity to the Noida Sector 81 Metro Station at nearby offegood future connectivity. We hope the construction quality by Skyline Developer is up to par.
