The price is in the 50-54 Lakh range, which is a stretch but manageable with our combined income. Vuppala Venkatesh is the developer. We were impressed by the amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and the mini theatre. It feels like a community living space. The location in Bongloor, South Hyderabad is peaceful, although reaching L. B. Nagar Metro Station is nearby. Construction is ongoing, due December 2028. One small concern is the dust from the ongoing construction work in the vicinity, but we are hoping it will settle down once the project is completed.

We looked at the 3 BHK apartments, the 1545 to 1550 square feet sizes seem good enough for our growing family. The price range is between 45.15 Lakh and 54.25 Lakh, which we felt was reasonable for the space and location. The builder, Vuppala Venkatesh, has mentioned earthquake-resistant design and Mivan technology, which gives some peace of mind. Construction is still underway, expected completion is December 2028. My only slight worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested.
