It being ready to move was key since I am based abroad. They appreciate the 24/7 security and the gymnasium. The power backup is also very important for their comfort. The landscaping gives a pleasant environment. The metro station is nearby, which is good for when they need to travel.

The location near Panampilly Nagar is good, and importantly, Government Higher Secondary School for Girls is nearby. The lift facility is useful for carrying groceries and for my elderly mother.
