The location is well-connected, with Vengaivasal main road and Vignarajapuram main road nearby. It's also close to Kauvery Hospital, which is reassuring. The building by Skyline Promote& Consortium was completed in 2012 and is ready for occupancy. The intercom is a useful amenity. The parking space is a bit tight, which can be inconvenient if you have multiple vehicles. Otherwise, the quiet surroundings and the practical layout are quite satisfactory for my needs.

The location offegood connectivity to major roads like Velammal New Gen School road and Vengaivasal main road. Projects by Skyline Promote& Consortium generally have a decent resale value. Being ready to move in, it has potential for rental income. The project completion was back in 2012. My only reservation is the lack of readily available OC, which might be a concern for some buye, but for my investment strategy, it was acceptable. The area has good growth potential.

We looked at the 3 BHK configurations, which are between 1193 sq.ft and 1266 sq.ft. The prices range from 42 Lakh to 49.37 Lakh. The area itself is developing, with access to Vengaivasal main road and Vignarajapuram main road nearby. The only drawback is that sometimes construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit of a nuisance. Still, for a family, the proximity to education and healthcare like Kauvery Hospital is a big plus.
