The 1314 square feet is a significant improvement and gives us the space we needed. Living here in Kazhakkoottam, we are very close to Jyothis Central School, which is fantastic for our children. The gated community aspect adds a sense of security that we value. We also like the tennis court for weekend recreation. However, the construction is quite old, completed back in December 2007, and we’ve noticed some minor wear and tear inside the flat that will require some peonal touch-ups. The power backup is a reliable feature, though.
