The proximity to the Mumbai Nasik expressway, at nearby, is excellent for travel. Amenities such as fire sprinkleand rain water harvesting are good modern features. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. My main observation was about the parking; it might feel a little cramped for residents with multiple vehicles, especially in the denser areas. Otherwise, the project seems well-planned by Skylark Mansions Pvt. Ltd, and being ready to move is a significant advantage.
