The location in Murugesh Palya provides easy access to essential services, including medical facilities which are nearby. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are working well, which are crucial for us. Being ready to move was a significant advantage. The spectacular view of the national park from the apartment is very relaxing. The price point between 6.15 L and 6.6 L seemed reasonable for the amenities offered. The distance to Majestic (10 km) and the airport (45 km) is also manageable for occasional travel.
