The value proposition seemed reasonable given the location and amenities like a basketball court. The project is quite old, completed in 2003, so buyeshould be aware of potential maintenance needs. However, the developer, Skylark Mansions Pvt. Ltd, has a history. I noticed that the OC received status is not available, which might be a concern for some. I am still evaluating the overall financial viability.
