The accessibility to key landmarks is fantastic; HAL Airport Road is nearby, and the 100 feet road is also nearby, making my commute manageable. The spectacular view of the national park from my window is incredibly calming after a long day at work. While the building itself is good, I found the parking space a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Power backup and 24X7 water supply are reliable, which is important for someone living alone. The developer, Skylark Mansions Pvt. Ltd, seems to have provided basic amenities well.

The proximity to Indiranagar Metro Station, nearby, is convenient for accessing other parts of the city. The price for the 3 BHK was around 65 Lakhs, which was manageable for us. A minor issue we've noticed is the dust on Wind Tunnel Road due to ongoing construction in nearby areas. However, the 24X7 water supply and power backup are reliable, which is essential for a family.
