My wife and I decided to buy a 2 BHK in Skyi Star City Phase V. The price of 46.82 Lakh for the 548 sq.ft carpet area unit was within our budget. We liked that the project includes a gymnasium and a swimming pool for recreation. It's under construction, expected completion September 2026. The proximity to DSK SCHOOL is a big advantage for us. While the location is good, the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty and congested at times due to ongoing development in the area. Skyi Property Ventures Llp seems to be a reliable developer, and we are hopeful about the final product.
