My partner and I were looking for a modern apartment with good lifestyle amenities. Skyi Park offea premium clubhouse and an amphitheater, which we find very appealing. We chose a 3 BHK configuration, around 909 square feet, costing approximately 77.01 Lakh. The location on Paud Road in Bhukum is developing nicely. The developer, SKYi Develope, seems to be on track with the construction. One small issue we noticed is the car parking space might be a little tight, especially with guest vehicles. We are looking forward to the July 2017 completion and moving into our new home.

The developer, SKYi Develope, has included a senior citizen siteout which is thoughtful. The cycling and jogging track is also a nice addition for staying active. We booked a 726 square feet 2 BHK flat. The price was around 63.01 Lakh. While the location is quieter, the distance to ShivajiNagar Railway Station is about 15 kilomete, which can be a bit inconvenient for occasional travel. The construction is still underway, so we are waiting patiently for the July 2017 completion date.

The project is located in Bhukum, near Podar School which is nearby, making school runs easy. We selected a 3 BHK flat, approximately 909 square feet, priced at 77.01 Lakh. The price is a bit on the higher side, but the facilities make up for it. The construction is under progress, and we are hoping for a smooth handover. The surrounding area has some dust due to ongoing construction, but that's expected.
