The price was around 1.59 Crore, which seemed like a good starting point. The project is being built by Sky Line Buildein Parijat Nagar, Nashik, and is expected to be completed by December 2026. I liked the idea of open parking and the internal roads. It’s also conveniently located near Fravashi Academy and Sahyadri Hospital. The lack of OC received yet is a bit concerning, but the developer seems reputable.
