The fact that it's ready to move in December 2023 is very reassuring. I liked that it’s a gated community with a children's play area and a swimming pool, which will be nice for future family. The location near Swami Narayan Temple on the Ring Road is decent. However, the roads leading to the project felt a bit dusty and narrow during my site visit. I hope Sky Develope& Promote(India) addresses this. The price point around 28.37 Lakh is attractive for a fit-time buyer.
