    As teache, we were tired of paying rent and wanted to invest in our own home. Sky Heights caught our eye. We bought a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 700 Sq.ft. It feels much more spacious than our rental. The location near Bansal Mall and Danteshwar Road is quite accessible. We appreciate the landscaping and tree planting which makes the complex look green. The swimming pool and gymnasium are good additions. However, the open car parking spaces might get a bit crowded if many residents have multiple vehicles. The dust from nearby construction can also be a minor nuisance sometimes.

Being a gated community with 24x7 security is also a big relief for us. The multipurpose room might be useful for gatherings. We are happy with the decision.
