    We bought a 2.5 BHK here for our family. The size is good, and it's a ready-to-move project. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids, and the landscaping gives it a nice feel. It's close to Nagawara Main Road, which is convenient. While the project itself is nice, the traffic on Nagawara Main Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily commutes. The pricing around 70-80 Lakh for a decent sized apartment is acceptable. We are mostly happy with the purchase for our growing family.
