We purchased a 2 BHK here at SKL Star Forte. The super builtup area for our flat is around 815 square feet, which feels quite practical for a small family. Being ready to move was a big factor for us, as we needed a place quickly for my business operations. The location is decent, close to the Grand Northern Trunk Road, making commutes manageable. However, the traffic on this road during peak houcan be quite heavy, which is something to consider. Parking is also a bit of a squeeze if you have multiple vehicles. The developer, SKL Infrastructure, seems to be responsive to queries.

I chose SKL Star Forte for its ready-to-move status and location. I opted for a 2 BHK which has a super builtup area of around 801 square feet. It's a good size for me as I work long houand don't need a massive space. Being close to Don Bosco School (3 mins) and MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS (4 mins) is very convenient for emergencies or if I ever have family visit. The access to Grand Northern Trunk Road is also a plus for my daily commute. While the flat itself is nice, the common areas could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. Overall, it’s a decent place.
