The location in Naranpura is convenient, especially with the Gujarat Univeity Metro Station being nearby, which simplifies my commute to work. I also appreciate the 24/7 security system that SKD Developehave put in place. The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed by August 2029. While the apartment sizes are generous, I do find the price point might be a bit high given the market, but I need more details. The clean energy solar panels are a nice environmental touch.
