I chose this project because of its location in Orvakal. Skandhanshi Silver Springs offea peaceful environment which is exactly what I wanted after retirement. The 2 BHK villa is well built by Skandhanshi Infra Projects India Pvt Ltd. Since it is ready to move, I did not have to worry about construction timelines. The Bala Bharathi International English Medium School is nearby, which is a bit of a distance if you have young children, but manageable. The site is situated off the Kurnool - Chittoor National Highway. My only complaint is that there is quite a bit of dust in this area due to nearby highway work.
