The location in Idikarai is quieter than the city center, which we like. It’s a bit of a drive to the main IT hubs, but manageable. We saw the Vattamalaipalayam Bus Stop is a short distance, which is convenient for guests or if we need public transport. The developer, Skanda Realty, seems to be building a solid project. We are still exploring the amenities, but the initial impression is positive. We are excited to settle in.

  This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Skanda Elite Enclave II in Coimbatore. The ready-to-move status was very appealing as I wanted to start living in my own place soon. Idikarai is a developing locality, and it’s nice to have Manchester International School nearby. Skanda Realty is the developer, and they seem to have a decent track record. The apartment looks good, but I am slightly concerned about the noise from the nearby Vattamalaipalayam Bus Stop, especially during peak houI need to get used to the general traffic noise in the area as well. It’s a big decision, and I hope it’s the right one.

The drive to Manchester International School which is about 4.36 kilometeaway is manageable. I am still figuring out the best routes for hospital access, K R HOSPITAL doesn't seem to have much data available online which is a bit odd. The apartment is functional, nothing too luxurious but good for starting out. Skanda Realty seems to have a decent reputation locally. I hope the commute to my new hospital posting isn't too bad.
