They offer 3 BHK apartments with built-up areas between 1260 Sq.ft and 1775 Sq.ft. The amenities like a club house, spa, and gymnasium are excellent for retirees. The 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance provide reassurance. It is also good to know that Sarvodaya Hospital is nearby. The proximity to the proposed Metro Aqua Line is also a future benefit.
