S K Constrcution has a good reputation in the local area, so I felt confident about the investment. The 2 BHK unit I chose is 1229 Sq.ft, which gives us enough breathing space for our family. The building is positioned well, with easy access to the Hindupur-Kadiri Hwy for our weekend trips. The rooms are designed with convenience in mind, though I do wish the parking space was slightly larger as it gets a bit tight when everyone is home. Apart from that minor issue, everything else is working perfectly. It is a good, standard residential project that meets all the essential requirements for a permanent home.

The location is great, especially since Next Gen International School is nearby which makes the neighborhood landmarks easy to identify for delivery services. I bought a 2 BHK apartment and the room sizes are quite convenient for a single peon. S K Constrcution delivered a functional home that was ready for me to occupy immediately. My only issue is that the main road traffic can be a bit noisy during peak hou, which can be irritating.
