I was looking for a decent 3 BHK flat in Kolhapur and found SK Sk Savitri. The 1273 sq.ft carpet area is more than enough for me. It is under construction and expected to be ready by December 2027. SK DevelopeAnd Buildehave included important amenities like Electrical Meter Room and Fire Fighting System, which gives some peace of mind. The location in Pratibha Nagar is okay, but the surrounding dust and noise from ongoing construction are quite noticeable right now. I am hoping this improves significantly once the project is completed and the landscaping is done.
