Finally found our fit home! We looked at a lot of places in Baguiati and zeroed in on SK Samrat Apartment. The 2 BHK flats are a good size, especially the 739 Sq.ft one we liked. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus for us. Being close to Titumir Metro Station, just nearby, makes commuting to our IT jobs much easier. The Calcutta Public School is also very nearby, which is great for the future. The only downside is the noise from VIP Road, it can be quite loud at peak houBut the landscaping and tree planting within the complex do offer some respite. We are happy with the children's play area too.
