I purchased a 2 BHK apartment, measuring 893 square feet, for about 33.38 Lakhs. The location in Assagao is serene, away from the main hustle but still close enough to Mapusa at under 5 kilometeIt’s good to know the project was completed in 2013. I appreciate that it’s a straightforward property without too many complicated amenities to worry about. The size of the rooms is decent for comfortable living.

I am buying this apartment for my parents who want to live in Goa. S. K. Enclave in Assagao seemed like a good choice because it is ready to move in and located in a peaceful part of North Goa. SaiKiran Real Estates developed it. I selected a 2 BHK apartment for them, which is 893 square feet. The price was around 33.38 Lakhs, which felt acceptable for the size and location. It’s convenient being close to Mapusa (under 5 km). The project was completed in 2013. I just wish there were more details available about the amenities and especially the OC status, as it’s important for my parents’ peace of mind.

This is my fit property purchase and I was a bit nervous. I looked at S. K. Enclave in North Goa because it was ready to occupy. I chose a 1 BHK apartment, built up area 581 square feet, for 21.72 Lakhs. SaiKiran Real Estates built this project. It's located off Anjuna Mapusa Road. The main reason I liked it was the price and the fact that I could move in immediately. The area is quite nice and close to places like Anjuna. My only concern is that I couldn't find any information about the Occupancy Certificate, which is a bit worrying for a fit-time buyer like me.

We looked at the 1 BHK which is 581 square feet. It’s in North Goa, near Assagao, which is a nice, quiet area. The price was around 21.72 Lakhs. SaiKiran Real Estates built it, and it feels pretty solid. The only thing is that it was completed a while ago, back in 2013, so the building has aged a bit. Also, finding parking can sometimes be a challenge if we have friends over.
