The 885 square feet 2 BHK apartment I bought has a good carpet area, which feels quite spacious for one peon. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus for me. The gym is decent and the swimming pool is nice for relaxing after a long day. My only small concern is that the traffic noise can be a bit much sometimes, especially during peak hou, since it's so close to the main road. Overall, it's a good place for a single professional.
