We finally bought our fit home at S. K Apartments. It's a 1 BHK with a built-up area of 667 square feet. The price was around 21.69 Lakh, which fit our budget perfectly for a fit-time purchase. It's ready to move, which was a huge plus because we didn't want to wait for construction. The location in North Goa, sonarwada, off the Mapusa Calangute Road is quite convenient. We visited the site a couple of times and the flat seemed decent for our needs. SaiKiran Real Estates seems to have completed this project a while ago, back in 2010. The only slight concern is that the OC is not available, but the agent assured us it's a common thing for older buildings here. Overall, it feels like a good start for us.
