We were tired of renting and decided to finally buy our own place. We chose a 3 BHK villa at SJR Crystal Cove, which offe3510 square feet. The layout is practical, and we love the Vastu compliant design. The price was 2.91 Crore, which was within our budget after saving for a long time. We liked that it's a ready-to-move-in property, so we could shift immediately after purchase. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex make it feel very green and pleasant. The swimming pool is a nice addition for relaxation after a long week. One thing we noticed is that the parking spaces are a bit compact, especially for larger vehicles. Other than that, we are happy with our decision.

The proximity to Treamis Schools, nearby, is convenient if I ever need it for family. However, the traffic getting out of Electronic City during peak houcan be quite bad.

The clubhouse and party hall are great for hosting guests and family functions. However, the distance to NICE Road Junction (16 Km) and Hosur Road (13 Km) can make commuting a bit lengthy during peak times.
