Moving to Siva Green Valley Apartment has been a peaceful experience for us since retirement. We opted for the 2 BHK unit which measures around 1100 Sq.ft and is very easy for us to maintain on a daily basis. The landscaping and tree planting around the campus provide a nice green view from our balcony. We appreciate having the pharmacy and medical store nearby in case of any emergency needs. The location on Amravathi Road is quiet but still connected to the city. Siva Constructions ensured that the lifts and fire fighting systems were operational before we moved in. It feels safe and secure here with the watchman on duty round the clock.

The only small issue is that the visitor parking gets a bit crowded during the weekends when neighbohost guests. Otherwise, the 24X7 water supply and the power backup systems are functioning well so far. It is a solid choice for anyone looking for a ready to move property in the Gorantla area of Guntur.

The gym at Siva Green Valley Apartment is quite good and helps us stay active without needing an outside membehip. Our 1150 Sq.ft 2 BHK is compact and serves our needs as a young couple. Location is decent, being close to Kankaragunta Bridge Metro Station helps with our commute. We have noticed some dust on the balcony due to ongoing road work in the surroundings, but hopefully, that settles down soon. Siva Constructions has been responsive to our requests regarding minor plumbing adjustments after we moved in last month.
