We decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and found Siva Arcade. We opted for a 2 BHK, 1230 sq.ft, which felt like a good step up in terms of space. The price was within our budget, around 39.36 Lakh. Being ready to move was a huge advantage for us. The location in Hafeezpet is convenient, with the metro station just a few minutes away. The developer, Siva Parvathi Construction, has completed other projects which gave us confidence. The only issue is that the surrounding roads are not very well-maintained, leading to bumpy rides sometimes. The lift service has been reliable so far.

One thing that botheus a bit is the traffic on the main road during peak hou; getting out can sometimes take longer than expected. Overall, it’s a convenient location for us.

The proximity to Miyapur Metro Station and Srikara Hospitals is excellent for their convenience and medical needs. It’s also very close to St. Martin's High School. The project was completed in 2013, so it’s not a new construction, but it offegood value. The biggest drawback is the dust and construction activity in the general vicinity, which can be a bit unpleasant. Rainwater harvesting is a good feature.
