We chose Sita Aditya Serene County for my parents who are living in Hyderabad. The 2054 sq.ft villa seemed like a good size for them. Kompally is a developing area and seems peaceful enough. My only worry is the commute for my father to his club, but hopefully, the roads improve. They have a temple on-site which is a nice touch, and the landscaped gardens look beautiful in the brochure pictures. The price for the 3 BHK villa was around 1.49 Crore, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move villa in Hyderabad. We hope they enjoy their time there. The developer, Sita Aditya Develope, seems to have good options.

We liked the idea of having a private villa instead of an apartment. The Olympic size swimming pool and gymnasium are great for staying active. Kompally is developing well, and it’s nice that it's close to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Balanagar Metro Station, nearby. The price was within our budget, starting at 1.49 Crore. The only minor issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road, but inside the community, it’s very serene.

I chose this project in Kompally, North Hyderabad because it's ready to move. The price was about 1.70 Crore, which seemed manageable for a villa. I like the idea of having 3 open sides to the property, giving good ventilation. The tree plantation and jogging track are nice additions for the environment.
