Finding a comfortable and secure place as a single woman was my priority, and SIS Sintra offethat. The 24x7 security and intercom system provide peace of mind. I chose a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of about 662 Sq.ft, which is perfectly sized for me. The price was around 40 Lakh, fitting my budget. It's great that the project by South India Shelteis ready to move. The location in Kolapakkam is convenient, with the bus stop nearby. The only drawback is the dust from the nearby unpaved areas, which sometimes gets into the balcony, but regular cleaning handles it. The indoor games and gymnasium are nice extras for relaxation after work.

The project is by South India Shelteand it's ready to move in, which meant we could settle quickly. We opted for a 3 BHK, and the built-up area is quite spacious, between 1265 Sq.ft and 1358 Sq.ft. The children's play area is a good addition, and the landscaping looks pleasant. The only downside we've noticed is that the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, especially near Kolapakkam Junction Bus Stop, which is very close. However, the overall community feel seems good, and the kids are happy.
