I bought a 2 BHK which is around 1001 square feet. The price was within my budget, around 23.02 Lakh. The best part is that it's ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait. Power backup is also a good amenity to have, especially during the monsoon season here in Hyderabad. The only small issue is the traffic on Sagar Road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. Otherwise, it's a peaceful locality.
