It is ready to move in, which suited our timeline perfectly. The price point of 75.3 Lakh onwards felt aligned with the market for this size. My husband liked the inclusion of water conservation and rain water harvesting. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on Bramanapally Road during peak hou, as it can get quite congested. However, the proximity to Sri Vamshidhar high school, only 550 metres away, is a huge advantage for our children's commute. Siri Sampada Homes seems to have delivered a decent product.
