We recently visited Siri Laharika Residency in South Bangalore. The 3 BHK apartments have a built-up area ranging from 1100 to 1250 square feet, which is quite generous. The price for these units goes up to 93.75 Lakhs. It’s a gated community with essential amenities like 24/7 water supply and power backup, which are crucial. The location near Doddakallasandra Metro Station (a short distance) is a big plus for commuting. We did notice that the Bellary Road is about 1.5 houaway, which might be inconvenient for some. The developer, Prasad, has provided car parking and CCTV surveillance. While the project is ready to move, the absence of OC received information is a concern. The rooms felt a bit smaller than expected for the price, especially the second bedroom in the 3 BHK.
