The proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya is a major plus for the kids' school. We looked at a few places but this one felt like a good balance of price and location. The price starting from 36 Lakh was manageable for us. We did notice some dust from the ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a concern for now, but hopefully, it will settle down once things are completed. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance offepeace of mind. The lift is always working, which is important for us.
