We purchased a 1700 square feet 3 BHK villa in Sindhuja Green. The price point was attractive, around 1.03 Crore, which felt reasonable for this area in Noida Extension. Sindhuja Developeseem to have a decent track record. The villa is ready to move, which was a big factor for us as we wanted to settle in quickly. We liked the Vastu compliance and the provision for solar power backup, which should help with electricity bills. The 40 ft wide road outside is also good. We bought a 3 BHK villa here, around 1850 square feet, in Sindhuja Green. The price was about 1.15 Crore, which seemed fair given the amenities like the children's play area and 24x7 water supply. The project is ready to move, which suited our immediate needs. The nearby Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is a plus, just 3.5 kilometeaway. The villas are duplex to fourth floo, which gives it a good feel. However, the traffic noise from the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road can be a bit much at certain times of the day. We are still waiting for the occupancy certificate details.
